If you've found your way here, Welcome - We're glad you're here.
Harvest Hills Homestead began with a simple idea: to build a life rooted in tradition, hard work, and the kind of simple living that brings families back to the table and back to each other.
What started as a small homestead and a love for making things by hand has grown into a place where craftsmanship, homesteading, and community all meet.
Here on the Homestead,
Life is busy in the best kind of way. Our days are filled homeschooling our children, caring for animals, collecting fresh eggs, milking goats, tending gardens, and creating the products we offer. Some days that look like lesson books at the kitchen counter in the morning and packing orders at night. Other days it looks like fixing fencing, helping goats who've gotten themselves into trouble, pouring candles, or engraving boards while dinner cooks.
It's not always quiet (that's an understatement), and it's rarely perfectly organized - but it's a life we're grateful for, and one we've built with intention.
Nearly everything we make is inspired by the seasons, the land around us, and the belief that the things you bring into your home should be both beautiful and useful.
From our hand-poured candles and essential oil wax melts to engraved boards, handmade gifts and all-natural skincare and homestead goods - our work is created to be part of your daily life, not just something that sits around.
We believe in:
Things made by hand with intention, not mass produced.
Ingredients you can recognize and trust.
Gifts that are meant to be used, not stored away.
Supporting local farms, makers, and small businesses.
Living a little slower and a little closer to the land.
This Homestead Blog
will be a place where we share pieces of homestead life - the wins and the lessons, recipes from the kitchen, how our products are made, behind-the-scenes of events and markets, animal stories, gardening, homeschooling, and tips for creating a more traditional, intentional home.
Whether you're here for our products, our animals, our events, or just because you enjoy a little homestead charm, we're grateful you're here and following along.
From our homestead to yours- thank you for being a part of our story.
