Because our engraved wooden items are custom made and created to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is made from real wood and engraved individually, which means natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, and engraving tone are normal and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or there is an error on our part, we will replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion.
